Come shine with us!
Our philosophy for student instruction focuses on the individual child, providing a positive path for learning and enjoyment which we believe leads to continuous growth and progress in all areas of their lives. Early learning and development are approached by first taking each child's unique personalities into consideration and through open communication, we can be sure we are providing the exact formula for individual student success!
We provide two paths to educate young dancers, providing the perfect fit for each individual.
Our adult program, the 'Kindred Company' is a non-profit organization that hosts an annual benefit dinner-theater performance, from which all proceeds are donated to a specific organization in efforts to give back to our community. It is independently affiliated and founded by members who form the current board of directors. We also reach out to request participation with all local studios who wish to help raise funds for worthy organizations. All levels of dance experience are welcome, and we also love to host guest choreographers!

Kinder Dance- This introductory level of dance instruction focuses on fun and creative approaches to proper dance technique. Use of manipulative props such as bean bags, hula hoops and ribbon wands help to assist young dancers with developing coordination of fine motor skills while providing a fun and imaginative path to the basics of tap, ballet- contemporary, jazz and acrobatics.
Instruction time ranges from 1/2 hour to 90 minutes per week depending on age and classes attending.
Students at this level have the option for more advanced forms of dance along with extended class times. Preparing for pointe work as students approach adolescence requires a minimum of 1 hour of ballet per week. 1/2 hour classes are also offered in tap, jazz, acrobatics and contemporary.
Instruction time ranges from one and one half hour to three and one half hours per week, depending on classes attending.
Classes are in addition to regularly scheduled class times- and separated into division according to age and level. Students must take all forms of dance to participate and attendance for weekly classes and extra rehearsals are mandatory.
